We invited a small number of chosen Command & Conquer Community Veterans to our Victory Games Studio in Los Angeles to talk about our new Command & Conquer service. Enjoy this sneak peek of feedback we gathered from our most critical group of players - Our Community! It was the first external test for the new Command & Conquer in development, going into beta next year.

I am unhappy with Free to Play. I want a complete game from the start that I can play without an internet connection. the F2P stuff is inconvenient when you do not have internet access. I have played C&C for many years and I am very disappointed in the most recent games like Tiberium Twilight and Red Alert 3. This has also estranged many of my friends and long time C&C devotees. Go back to the roots. Give us strategy games that involve base building, do not limit us in any way when building and designing an army, and provide the excellent graphics that EA is known for. Do this and I'd be back for sure! And so would many others who love the series.

  Well just look at the game LoL. It has completely dominated the MOBA scene. Maybe C&C G2 will do the same?

Please atleast give us a ball park figure on a release date as its the only game this year I want to play! And no offence but if you haven't got the internet get it! not having the internet in your house is like not having a sink in your house!?! I lived where I couldn't have internet! So I moved! Free to play is a perfectly acceptable game model as long as it is balanced between paying and non paying players.

I'm very much looking forward to this. After years of trying to alter the c&c universe with silly gimmicky quirks and not concentrating on giving the audience their attention, EA put a new team in who want to put their own stamp on c&c moving away from the favoured basics of the game. Admittedly I do love tiberian wars, and was so very disappointed with tiberian twilight.I think most fans saw it as the death of c&c (it pained me to but all time favourite has got to be generals with zero hour...

... I'm glad at least they are basing the new game around the generals universe. And with the newly formed victory games taking the lead I'm sure they will bring us a product to bring back avid fans of c&c. I'm sure the delays are because they want to bring us exactly that... But serious victory, youve been dangling the carrot for way too long now. Get the beta out there soon Ay!
