It’s the first day at gamescom 2012, and Origin is getting ready to broadcast three all-new live chats direct from our press room at the Koelnmesse conference center.

At 9:00 a.m. UTC (11:00 a.m. CET), Crytek CEO and Founder Cevat Yerli will be on camera to chat about Crysis 3 and the new Hunter Mode introduced at this year’s gamescom press conference.

Maxis Producer Jason Haber will be stopping by three hours later, at 12:00 p.m. UTC (2:00 p.m. CET), for some further revelation on SimCity and its new social features, including SimCity World—the “connective tissue” supporting SimCity multiplayer—and showing off some never-before-seen screenshots. Stop in and submit your questions about the latest addition to Maxis’ city-building stable.

Our final live chat of the day begins at 3:00 p.m. UTC (5:00 p.m. CET). In it, The Sims 3 Executive Producer Ben Bell and Product Manager King Choi will provide a fresh look at their Supernatural and Seasons expansions. If you’re planning on going vamp, zombie, or snowboarder with your Sim, this is a great opportunity to see what’s coming in The Sims 3.
