    Sure you say all that nice stuff to get people to buy into your membership and we have to follow your rules but yet every game is getting to where we have to pay to play them when we have already paid for a membership!! On top of that there is NO Customer Service to help with anything!!! I have sent emails I have called that is a joke as well and what little live chat you call it now they wont help none of us! 700 gems that cost of $40 removed from my account and I want them back plain and simpl

      I would Love to go to them for help and I appreciate it very much but I have been talking to them EVERY day since the 6th about this and nothing gets resolved! Now my question to you is, is there ONE PERSON I need to speak to, to help my problem?

      I did what you asked me to do and they refuse to help me. Any Suggestion? I have talked to EA several times I am nice to them and they end the chat session when I mention gems. No one is willing to take the chance of saying I was caught in a glitch and give me back my gems. So can YOU help me?

      Mgray, now I have met some people who are putting their password in the coupon spot are you making sure your putting your pw to approve your buying your badges in correct spot? and I will tell you that help.ea.com has gotten a TON better with helping what you can try to do is tell them what you want to buy and tell them to add the badges to your account and then let them remove your gems for the badges. But EA help has gotten A LOT better and has seemed to have gotten caught up on some so they can help more. If you still need my help leave me a message here I will try and see what more I can help you with. So sorry for your troubles. I know the frustration.

    Now if you can find it in your heart to do the right thing and give me back my 700 gems I will be impressed as then I feel you have read my comments and I in turn will come back with a nice kind word. When I joined I feel I signed a contract to play and follow your rules and you would provide me with a Excellent Service. I don't see it! Should I contact my Attorney General and Better Business as well? I dont want to be mean or seem hateful but you took $40 of mine for no reason.

    Dear Pogo, For the past 7 yrs I have enjoyed playing, but now I seem to dread finding out what Issues I will have to face come badge day, your Help page is no help at all, you change things without even asking if your members who PAY to be Members if they like what you are doing. You seem to have ZERO Respect for Members.. Who on earth makes these decisions?? Tell me if you lost your Members would pogo be anything??? Please fix YOUR Badge Issues and stop blaming people's computers!! I don't think all the Folks who have had to play Stellar Sweeper would believe that it is our Computers at Fault this time..

    I bought a gift subscription to club pogo to give to a friend, but have not gotten the 24 digit serial number so I can send it to her. When will I get the 24 digit serial number? Thank you.

      Did you get your problem fixed? If not go up to help and check POGO and then POGO again then tech support then LIVE CHAT then explain to them as to your problem they are getting better I will give them that. They are trying.

      Sandy if she has a membership already and you wish to gift her another year go to pogo home page and at the bottom left and click the more and it will take you to a different page and it will show you on the right mid side how to gift a pogo membership. If she dont have one tell her to think of a name and password and then send her a year there or how ever many months hope that helps.

    For all of you that had or have problems with Stellar Sweeper you can go to help on pogo and they will help you they know alot of people had problems with that one. GL I'm being nice as these people were not nice to me when I Lost my 700 Gems. But I feel everyone of us/you should get a response or deserve a answer so I can try and help ya some.

    I renewed club pogo and Didn't recieve the 100 gems....isn't that part of the deal??? And pogo is a mess!! Some nights I can't get into any rooms to play any games....what gives except for my wallet?? This is disturbing there is no place to live chat help with ea. This is Bad Business!!!!

    i cant connect my pogo to facebook, when i log in using facebook blue button it come up with a diffrence name, i have tried to delect facebook from my profile but i cant as i read in help i hope this person does not take my gem i cant show my badges or send my showcase to use as my facebook picture

    POGO - You are your members! I was disenchanted (to say the least) to read these February comments. Have you helped TeNdErHeArT3 yet? And how about Mojasmiles and the 10k others you probably didn't post? You happily brag about growing membership. You are smart enough to know CS grows too! I was merrily on my way to purchase a birthday album and membership for a friend BUT landed up here seeing how you don't help your customers. Instead of being inspired to buy I've been inspired to quit!
