looks like you can place fully built and designed building and skyscraper anywere you want, awesome! I want more information about this game. Cannot wait....

  Nope you are wrong, Those Skyscrapers evolve over time from small stores.

I am waiting for SimCity: Mars. (have been for a long time, we may step foot there before a game is made!) Not an update of an old game.
