    Hello I would like some help regarding the installation of Sims 3 ... I install, I check in online and on the "Origin" and then said: Can not start the game .. Failed to initialize the service (0X0175d824) can you tell me how to make everything works out because its a new game and I can not return to the store and I love to play. Thank you for your help!
