infringe any third party rights.

The Competition Entries will be judged according to the following criteria:
(i) creativity;
(ii) originality;
(iii) humour (excluding humour that is lewd, or otherwise in bad taste);
(iv) artistic merit;

This Competition is a game of skill in which chance plays no part in determining the winners.

A Competition Entry may be excluded from the Competition and/or a particular Judging Round if:

(ii) the Competition Entry has already won a Prize in this Competition or any of the Promoter’s other competitions (whether or not the Entrant or another person submitted the Competition Entry);
(iii) in the sole opinion of the judges, the Competition Entry is substantially the same as another Competition Entry that has already won a Prize in this Competition or any of the Promoter’s other competitions (whether or not the Entrant or another person submitted the Competition Entry);

(v) the Entrant who submitted the Competition Entry is not an Eligible Entrant.

Competition Entries will be ranked in the order in which they are judged against the Judging Criteria and Entrants will be ranked according to the ranking of their Competition Entries.

In entering this Competition, Entrants may only submit one Competition Entry but may, prior to the Competition End Time, change their Competition Entry on an unlimited basis from time to time.

The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
