Play Anthem Before Launch

Are you ready to join the fight, Freelancer? With Origin Access and EA Access, you can suit up right now, days before launch*. Get a headstart on exploration, learn how to handle your weaponized javelin, and stand firm against the shadowy forces threatening humanity.

Play the Legion of Dawn Edition on PC February 15

Join Origin Access Premier and suit up a week before the game launches. The Legion of Dawn Edition will automatically be yours – not a trial, but the full game – and you can keep playing for as long as you’re a member. You’ll also receive an in-game Founders Player Banner, marking you as one of Anthem’s first players, starting March 15.

If you don’t want to face the chaotic world of Anthem on your own, you can adventure together with your friends using the Origin Access Refer A Friend program. Invite up to four friends (who aren’t current members and haven’t yet purchased Anthem) to a free week of Origin Access Basic, and they’ll get 10 hours to try out a javelin, start exploring, and join you in combat.

The Legion of Dawn Edition includes:

• A Ranger Legion of Dawn Legendary armor pack and weapon
• A Colossus Legion of Dawn Legendary armor pack
• An Interceptor Legion of Dawn Legendary armor pack
• A Storm Legion of Dawn Legendary armor pack
• The Anthem digital soundtrack

Origin Access members also receive a 10% discount on all Origin purchases and access to a huge library of games including Battlefield™ V, EA SPORTS™ FIFA 19, Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II, and many more.

Try the Standard Edition on PC February 15

With Origin Access Basic you can try out Anthem for 10 full hours before launch. And if you decide to buy the game? You can use your 10% Origin Access member discount to save on the game and all your Anthem progress will carry over. Members also have access to the Origin Access Basic Vault – a great collection of games including Battlefield™ 1, Mass Effect™: Andromeda, Titanfall® 2, and more.

Members can also invite up to four friends to a free week of Origin Access Basic, giving them access to the 10-hour Play First Trial as well. Spend your first hours in the dangerous world of Anthem learning to work as a team and combine your suits’ abilities to triumph over any enemy.

Try the Standard Edition on Xbox One February 15

If you prefer to play on the Xbox One console, EA Access is your key to suiting up early. As a member, you’ll have 10 hours to start exploring ancient ruins and battling powerful foes with the Play First Trial – all on February 15, a week before launch day.

Then you can use your 10% EA Access member discount on the full game if you decide to buy, and all your progress from the Anthem Play First Trial will carry over. Plus, you get a treasure trove of great games in the EA Access Vault, like Battlefield™ 1, Titanfall® 2, Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II, and more.
