What Vehicle Should You Choose in Battlefield V

Discover the perfect vehicle to take into combat.

Flakfire takes you through your options for intense mechanized warfare in Battlefield™ V.

There are quite a few options when it comes to vehicles in Battlefield V. You can collect and customize them in your Company (your collection of soldiers, weapons, and vehicles). Each faction has its unique vehicles, and you should take the time to get to know both the Axis and Allied versions.

The more you progress in Battlefield V, the more vehicles you’ll unlock. And the more you use those vehicles, the more Specializations you’ll unlock. There’s no “best” vehicle, per se, but with Specializations, you can modify your vehicles to suit your unique playstyle.

Armored vehicles come in three different categories: light, medium, and heavy. One of the lighter, nimbler tanks is the Axis Panzer 38(t). If you can avoid encounters with more heavily armored tanks, this Panzer can be an excellent choice for supporting friendly infantry. An excellent Specialization for this tank is the rapid-fire 20mm autocannon, great for sending enemies back to the spawn screen.

On the Allied side, you can’t go wrong with the reliable Valentine. This sturdy tank can both dish out the damage and take it. Its robust armor makes it an excellent choice for mechanized and infantry encounters.

If the wild blue yonder is calling your name, you can choose from fighters, dive-bombers, and conventional bombers. The BF-109 G-2 is a superb little German fighter and ground-attack aircraft. And with the radar package Specialization, enemies will have a tough time sneaking up on your six. For the Brits, the Blenheim Bomber is the perfect support for assaults on an objective. Choosing the mounted light machine guns Specialization will turn this deadly pinpoint bomber into an equally effective fighter.

Not sure which Specializations to choose? No worries, if you end up changing your mind later, it’s easy to reset your choices and start again.
