    Welcoming a new family member is one of the most exciting times for our employees. As a mother, I know firsthand how important it is be supported by your employer as you bond with your new child. That’s why I’m very pleased to share that we’ve updated our parental leave policies in Canada to increase top-up pay provided to birth mothers during their maternity leave by four weeks. We are also increasing the paid benefit for new dads and adoptive parents by three weeks.

    Research shows that paid leave improves employee morale, retention and most importantly, has significant benefits for family health and wellness.
