The Winter Circuit is Coming

Hi ALGS Competitors,

The Autumn Circuit Playoffs are nearly here. On December 19 and 20, new rulers of the Arena will be crowned, along with a remaining prize pool of USD $451,000. But they won’t be able to rest on their laurels, the Winter Circuit will begin early next year! And we’re increasing the stakes for the upcoming three-month series with a USD $750,000 prize pool! Whether you want to take your shot at riches and glory, or just watch all the action unfold, read on to get all the Winter Circuit details!

Regional broadcasts are moving to Sundays in the Winter Circuit. Watch your favorite teams battle for a spot in the Winter Circuit Playoffs on Twitch, YouTube and Mildom! We’ll be live streaming the biggest matches all Winter Circuit long.

All Winter Circuit broadcasts will include the brand new Freecam technology, bringing you the action like you’ve never seen it before. Feast your eyes on 360 degrees of epic battles, and learn from the best teams in the world how to win with expert setups, focus fire, and flanking maneuvers.

Alliance, Athaim, ATK, BRAZUCAS, JUPITER VEGA, MiTH Team 1, T1, and Team SoloMid lead their respective regions in the Autumn Circuit. Can they maintain their dominance next year or will new teams reign supreme? The Winter Circuit culminates with the Playoffs in March where champions of the following regions will emerge:

• APAC North = Japan, Korea
• APAC South = Greater Southeast Asia, Australia & New Zealand
• EMEA = Europe, Middle East & Africa
• North America
• South America

The Winter Circuit kicks off early next year. If you want to compete, WC OT1 begins on January 15, with registration opening on January 5. Registration for WC OT1 will be open to all eligible players who have achieved Gold IV Rank on PC, in Series 6 Split 2, by 12 PM PT on January 14. Register here!

*Teams qualifying by WC Points will increase if a region has repeat winners in the first four WC tournaments

All prizes listed below will be distributed equally among the participating competitors of the winning teams in accordance with the rules. All amounts are in USD.

The Apex Legends Global Series Championship with a total prize pool of USD $1,000,000 will follow the Winter Circuit. Teams will qualify for the Championship through Winter Circuit Playoffs performance, cumulative ALGS Points, and Championship last-chance online tournaments.
