Sergio Agüero scored all four goals as Manchester City easily defeated Tottenham 4-1 on Saturday afternoon. Agüero now has nine goals this season and sits as the league’s joint goal-leader with Chelsea’s Diego Costa.
On Saturday evening, Galatasaray’s Wesley Sneijder scored twice, including an incredible screamer, to help lift his side to a 2-1 win over rivals Fenerbahçe. The win keeps the club within a point of leaders Beşiktaş.
Bayern Munich crushed Werder Bremen 6-0 on Saturday to maintain their lead atop the Bundesliga table. Although known more for his defensive prowess, Philipp Lahm scored twice and increased his career league goal tally with the club to 10.
