Take Control of Hero Ships

Stay on target

While every starfighter in Star Wars™ Battlefront II excels at its designated role, hero ships are a cut above. They're tougher, often faster, very well armed, and equipped with special abilities designed to complement their exceptional strengths. Bonus: they're piloted by some of the most iconic heroes and villains in the galaxy.

You’ll find all three cinematic eras of Star Wars represented in hero ships, meaning you'll be able to climb into the cockpit of Darth Maul’s Scimitar, pilot the beloved Millennium Falcon, or fly Poe Dameron’s unique T-70 X-wing, Black One. There are plenty more hero ship reveals to come, including Kylo Ren's TIE Silencer, inspired by Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Every hero ship has a completely unique feel, bringing a different set of abilities to the table. They're also highly modifiable with Star Cards, so you can outfit your ship in whatever configuration best fits your strategy.

This time around, hero ships are unlocked with Star Wars Battlefront II’s new Battle Points system. As you rack up kills and achieve objectives in a session of Starfighter Assault, you earn Battle Points – these can be redeemed during respawns to call in iconic hero ships in the Starfighter Assault mode.
