New Live Service Updates to EA Games

Over the next three days we are going to be celebrating our love for PLAY and bringing you closer to a number of our titles we have planned for this year.

But this event is about more than just giving you a glimpse of what's to come – it’s about playing. So in celebration of EA PLAY, we’re delivering fresh content and live updates to your favorite EA games. That includes updates across console and mobile games, free trials, and Play to Give challenges that give you an opportunity to join us as we celebrate the global gaming community and give back to organizations fostering a better world.

Free Trials

EA Access

• EA Access Free Play Days* kicks off for Xbox Live Gold members on Xbox One on June 12.You can play over a dozen games in The Vault as much as you’d like during Free Play Days. There’s no sign up necessary, just download the EA Access App on Xbox One to get started.

Star Wars™ Battlefront™

• From June 12 through June 19, all Star Wars Battlefront players will have the chance to go hands-on with the maps, modes and heroes from our Star Wars™ Battlefront™ Outer Rim content**.

Game Updates

Real Racing™ 3

• On June 13, two titans of racing square off in the Le Mans Legends special event. Put yourself in the driver’s seat as you decide the final outcome of the world's greatest endurance race!

The Sims™FreePlay

• Get your handcuffs ready. On June 12, The Sims FreePlay is introducing an all-new Police profession, a new hobby event, a new re-runnable quest, and more!

SimCity™ BuildIt

• Experience Future Cities in SimCity BuildIt! On June 12, SimCity BuildIt will introduce a slew of new content ranging from a new currency system, to new resources, buildings, architecture and more.

The Simpsons™: Tapped Out

• Premiering June 14th in The Simpsons: Tapped Out, prepare yourself for a sequel so good, it will inspire a thousand origin story reboots! Heroes and villains return to Springfield to help you battle invading felons and uncover a plot that threatens your town. Play it opening day to see old enemies band together in order to fight an even greater evil that threatens all of Springfield.

EA SPORTS™ UFC® 2

• Get in on the action in the Octagon with the “EA PLAY Fantasy Live Event”. Play your way through a Live Event that features amazing match-ups such as Conor McGregor vs. Raphael Dos Anjos, and Luke Rockhold vs. Chris Weidman. You can also find a special EA PLAY Fantasy Live Event Pack containing some of these fighters, special moves, and other in-game items.

Need for Speed™

• Join the “Got REP?” community event from June 12 (00:00:00 GMT) through June - 14 (06:59:00 GMT) and earn 35 percent extra REP from all events in Need for Speed***.

Play to Give

Battlefield 4™ and Battlefield™ Hardline

• Earn a Gold Battlepack by providing supplies to your teammates in need. As a community, Battlefield 4 players are challenged with getting a 45 million total re-supply score and Battlefield Hardline players are challenged with getting a 5 million re-supply score from June 12-17. By achieving either of those goals, contributing players will get rewarded with an extra Gold Battlepack via Battlelog.

FIFA 16

• Starting June 12, participate in the Play to Give Cup in FIFA Ultimate Team™ during EA PLAY. Win the tournament and you will receive an untradeable Rare Mega Pack. Any future tournament wins in the Play to Give Cup will get you a Premium Coins Pack.

Madden NFL 16

• Play Madden Ultimate Team in Madden NFL 16 from June 12-19 and complete a short objective list to receive 2,040 coins and a Pro Pack.

Star Wars™ Battlefront™

• Players who complete any multiplayer match from June 12-14 can participate in the 3X Score Event, earning triple score and credits.

Star Wars™ Galaxy of Heroes

• From June 12 – 14, deploy a squad of some of the most powerful female characters in Star Wars™ against the droids. Completion of the challenge will unlock shards of Princess Leia, Rey, Barriss Offee and Ashoka Tano. Additionally, we will give away 25 shards needed for players to unlock a 2 star Jedi Knight Guardian.
