Name: Jonny (SC Paderborn 07)
Jonny is having quite the breakout year when it comes to competing in the Virtual Bundesliga.
The SC Paderborn 07 player was able to complete a domestic double by winning the Club Championship with teammate Chaser, before securing the VBL Grand Final trophy with a dominating 8-1 victory against LevyFinn.
Now he’ll look to continue his winning season by adding the eChampions League to his impressive trophy cabinet.
Name: Bonanno (Manchester City)
Despite being 21-years-old, Matias Bonanno has already proven that he’s one of the world’s best players. His nomadic approach to competing has helped him win the CONMEBOL eLibertadores 2021, eLaLiga 2023 and, most recently, the ePremier League 2024.
So far the eChampions League has evaded him, coming up short against Nicolas99fc in the eChampions League 2022 Finals. Now he has a chance to redeem himself and cement himself even further as one of the best players in the world.
Name: Levi de Weerd (Ajax)
Levi de Weerd is the type of FC player that many would call a ‘prodigy’. Having started out playing the game at a young age, many saw potential in the teenage Dutch star and he’s beginning to fulfill that same potential with his electric performances.
As a two-time eDivisie winner and a semi-finalist at the FC Pro Open 2024, de Weerd is no stranger to competing on the big stage, making it very interesting when he competes at eChampions League 2024.
Name: DaniPitbull (Juventus Dsyre)
Although finishing as a semi-finalist in the eSerie A Finals is nothing to be ashamed of, it’s the sort of finish that will disappoint a player of DaniPitbull’s quality.
So far in his career, he’s been a dominant figure in the Italian Pro league, having won two titles in four years. Now he has the chance to finish his season with a big win by competing in the eChampions League.
Name: Emre Yilmaz (PSV Eindhoven)
Last season’s eChampions League winner went through a who’s who of elite FC players to ensure he got his hands on the trophy.
He also showed that he’s getting even better as he played exceptionally well during the eDivisie season. His potent offense makes him a sizable threat to any opponent he plays, so fans should expect him to go into the deeper rounds of the competition.
