Manchester City's EA FC™ player, Matias Bonanno, is no stranger to victory. Wherever he's competed, he's lifted trophies and earned the title of champion. This season was no exception.

The Argentinian secured his spot in the FC Pro World Championship with a spectacular ePremier League victory alongside Manchester City teammate Tekkz.

"My perfect moment of the season was winning the ePremier League," Bonanno said. "Securing that title ensured my place in the FC Pro World Championship, so it's my top highlight." Reflecting on his journey, he added, "Another great moment was playing in the eChampions League. I didn't win, so it wasn't perfect, but I loved competing."

Despite his trophy-laden cabinet, Bonanno remains hungry for more. His next target is the upcoming FC Pro World Championship. "Winning the FC Pro World Championship is my dream," he shared. "I think it's every player's dream, but winning would just make me want to win even more."

Representing Manchester City in this inaugural competition fills Bonanno with pride, especially as the latest Argentinian to compete for the legendary side. "Competing for Manchester City is incredible for me because they are one of the biggest clubs in the world. They have an incredible history with Argentinian players, so it feels amazing to represent Manchester City."

Facing a group of top talents, including Team Gullit's Levi De Weerd and FURIA's NathanSR22, Bonanno is eager for the challenge. "The FC Pro World Championship is one of the toughest tournaments," he said. "For me, the harder the group, the better."

"I feel confident no matter who I'm up against because, to win the tournament, you have to beat the best."
