While he might not be going to Brazil next month, Samir Nasri finished the 2013-14 Barclays Premier League Season as a champion. Manchester City defeated West Ham United 2:0 on Sunday to clinch their second league title in three years. Nasri opened the scoring for the hosts in the 39^th minute, which was his seventh league goal of the season.

Rodrigo Palacio scored two goals for Inter Milan as they defeated Lazio 4:1 over the weekend. The Argentine has played in every match this season, and has scored 17 goals with seven assists. The club has already locked up fifth place but will look to finish the season on a positive note as they travel to Verona and face off against Chievo.

Earlier in the week, a 1:2 home loss over Renne mattered little for Paris Saint-Germain, as they still managed to wrap up their second consecutive league title. They celebrated it by defeating Lille 1:3 on Saturday, which included a goal and an assist from Lucas Moura.
