What is the in-game pop-up adidas offer?

adidas is providing FIFA 23 players with a unique one-time only code that can be redeemed on the adidas online store for 30% off of full price items†.

Who is eligible for the offer?

To be eligible to receive the offer, players must own a copy of FIFA 23, be 18 years of age or older, have opted in to receive marketing messages from EA, log in before the offer expires, and be located in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Columbia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, The Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and USA.

The offer is not available to players on Switch or Stadia.

The offer will be delivered uniquely to each eligible user from 14 November 09:00 PT (17:00 UTC) until 4 December 23:59pm PT (5 December 07:59 UTC).

Where do I find my code?

If eligible, your unique code will appear in an in-game message when you launch FIFA 23 and connect to EA Servers.

How do I redeem my code?

1. Head to www.adidas.com/fifa23
2. Pick an eligible product from the online store. 
3. Continue to your shopping bag. Click ‘Enter promo code’ under your order summary. The promo code can also be applied on the delivery page. 
4. A voucher field will appear. Type your voucher code into the field and hit ‘Apply'.

Can I use my unique code multiple times on adidas.com?

No, this code is a one-time unique code.

Each unique code is specific to a region. If you are located in Europe, your code will work in the following countries; Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. 

If you are located in one of the following countries, your code will only work in that specified country; Brazil, Canada, Chile, Columbia, Mexico, Peru, United States of America.

For example, if you are located in the United States of America, your code will only work in the United States of America.
