Update on Viewership Rewards for FIFA 21 Global Series

Hi FGS Fans,
We are excited to be back with FGS Swaps 2. Just in-time for the eChampions League Final on May 28th at 3PM UK and 10AM EST. Additionally, we have FGS Player Tokens available for each of our Regional Playoffs in June and July, with an eligible broadcast each weekend starting from the East Asia Regional Playoff on June 5-6, and ending with the European Regional PlayStation Playoff on July 11-13. In total, FGS Swaps 2 will have 8 tokens available.
As a reminder, viewers who link their Twitch and EA accounts and tune in for at least 60 minutes of an eligible event will earn a guaranteed FGS Player Token that can be redeemed for Untradeable Pack Rewards in FUT 21.
One difference between FGS Swaps 1 and 2 is that Twitch has implemented a new system which will allow you to track your progression toward the total watch time. Once you have watched for 60 minutes, make sure you claim your Player Token and it will be awarded to your linked FUT account within 24 hours. You must claim your Player Token on Twitch during the live event to receive it in game!

- Watch 60 minutes of an eligible FIFA 21 Global Series event
- Claim your Player Token using the new Twitch drops system during the event
- Receive your Player Token in-game within 24 hours after claiming the reward on Twitch
- Tune in to more eligible events on different weekends to earn more FGS Player Token items. You can earn only one FGS Player Token Item per event.
- Redeem your FGS Player Token items in-game for Untradeable Pack Rewards.

Can I earn multiple tokens by watching an event in a single weekend?
Viewers can only earn a single token during each weekend by watching 60 minutes of an eligible event.
If I link my EA and Twitch accounts and I watch for at least 60 minutes, will I get the token? Or will you give them only to select viewers?
If you link your EA and Twitch accounts, you watch at least 60 minutes of an eligible event, and you claim your rewards through the Twitch rewards system, you are guaranteed to receive an FGS Swaps Player Token.

Viewers can only earn a single token during a weekend when there are multiple eligible events. Watching 60 minutes of either event or a combination of both will earn you one FGS Player Token.

I linked my accounts in the past. Do I need to do it again?
If you have not used your Twitch account in the last six months, you will need to relink your account. You can always confirm your Twitch and EA accounts are linked by going to www.ea.com/twitchlinking
How many FGS Swaps Player Tokens can I earn per event?
Only one FGS Player Token is available to each viewer during each eligible event.
If I have multiple platforms linked to my EA account, which platform will receive my FGS Player Token?
Your FGS Player Token will be awarded on the FUT account associated with the first platform you log into after claiming the reward on Twitch.
I’ve watched 60 minutes of an event but forgot to claim my reward on Twitch. Will I get the token later in the game?
You need to claim your reward directly on the Twitch interface during the event. After the live broadcast ends, you will not be able to claim and receive any FGS Tokens for that event.

Where can I redeem my FGS Player Swap Tokens?
Repeatable Squad Building Challenges (SBC), showing the available Pack Rewards will be live in FUT 21 starting on Monday, May 24th.
How does the FGS Player Token redemption work?
Similar to other Swaps programs in FUT, you will need to choose which pack rewards you want to unlock based on how many Player Tokens you have earned and saved.
What will be the FGS Player Token rewards?

When will my FGS Player Token be awarded in my account?
It can take up to 24 hours after you redeem the FGS Player Token on Twitch for your Player Token to be awarded in your account.
Can I save my release 1 FGS Player Tokens and redeem them during release 2?
No. Each Player Token can only be redeemed in that specific FGS Swaps release. FGS Player Tokens from FGS Swaps 1 do not roll over to FGS Swaps 2. The FGS Swaps 1 Squad Building Challenges expired on May 21, 2021.
Are the Rewards SBCs repeatable?
Yes. The first FGS swaps release will contain four repeatable Untradeable Pack Reward SBCs
