Chelsea’s Eden Hazard scored twice on Saturday to help the London side easily defeat Cardiff City 4:1. The victory helped move the club to second place in the Barclay’s Premier League, two points behind local rivals Arsenal.
Speaking of Arsenal, the acquisition of Mesut Özil has quickly proven to be one of the best moves of the year. In Saturday’s 4:1 victory of Norwich City, the German International scored his first two goals for the club; In five matches as a Gunner, Özil has notched 2 goals and 3 assists.
The ever growing Zlatan Ibrahimović highlight reel continues to grow. On Saturday, the Swedish International scored an amazing backheel goal against Bastia. He would score twice on the day to help lead the club to a comfortable 4:0 victory and reclaim the top spot in France.
