The Jets are very much a team in transition. With just nine players with at least an 80 OVR, play calling is crucial for success without an overpowering player on the roster. Despite lack of roster strength, the Jets have enough weapons to make a huge impact in a clutch H2H matchup.
In terms of vertical threat, Robby Anderson is going to be your best bet. His Route Running scores improve going from Short to Deep, and his 94 Speed is the fastest player on the offense.
Utilize your HBs. Isaiah Crowell is your most balanced runner and sports a 90 Juke, the best ball carrier move of the bunch. Bilal Powell is by far your best pass catching backs. Remember to throw him out there if you're in need of a checkdown.
The elephant in the room, the QB position. The most versatile option here is Teddy Bridgewater. His Accuracy numbers aren't much lower than the other two options, but has the Speed to buy some time and has an 88 Break Sack rating.
Jamal Adams is your best option on defense. He's a User Lurk machine, with 91 Speed and 86 Agility and a 72 Catching. If you're not used to controlling safeties, then you'll need to in order to create stops with the Jets.
The sneaky pick to control here is Trumaine Johnson. While his 82 OVR doesn't set off any alarms, his scores in Catching, Man, and Zone Coverage balances out the secondary. His 87 Jumping and 76 Spectacular Catch is enough to create turnovers.
Leonard Williams is your pressure up front. His 84 Power Move is the best option to breach the O-line. Out of all the players you'll use on the depth chart, Williams is one of the strongest with an 87 Strength.
