Uomo sicuro di sé e dal carisma irresistibile, Fuse è il maestro della distruzione... e lo sa bene. È pieno di vita, ama gli esplosivi ed è una vera bomba dalla testa ai piedi. La fiducia in se stesso non gli manca, ma spesso agisce senza un piano. È il genere di persona che prima fa saltare in aria qualcosa e poi pensa alle conseguenze.
Fuse è cresciuto su Salvo, un pianeta di guerrafondai governato da una serie di capi militari che amano il caos, il sangue e il divertimento sfrenato. Ha passato quasi tutta la vita a lavorare come mercenario insieme a Maggie, la sua amica d'infanzia. Ma mentre lei aspirava a diventare uno dei capi militari più potenti di Salvo, lui sentiva il richiamo dell'arena. Fuse ha trovato la sua strada grazie alla Bonecage, la competizione sanguinaria del pianeta. È proprio lì che ha dimostrato di essere il gladiatore numero uno, conquistando i fan grazie al suo carisma. Ma il suo obiettivo era un altro: arrivare agli Apex Games. Se Salvo fosse rimasto indipendente, il suo sogno non si sarebbe mai avverato. Quando il pianeta si è unito ai territori della Commissione, però, l'occasione che aspettava da sempre è finalmente arrivata.
