For International Women’s Day, EA had the privilege of attending the Anita Borg Institute Winter Partners meeting.

For International Women’s Day, EA had the privilege of attending the Anita Borg Institute Winter Partners meeting. With over 150 participants from some of the largest companies present, the group had conversations that addressed inclusion and diversity in the workplace.

Joy Pena, Senior Manager in Global Diversity & Inclusion attended the event for EA.

“It was so fitting to spend International Women’s Day with the Anita Borg Institute. ABI’s mission and quest to help women grow their careers and make significant contributions in technology, align nicely with our commitment to workforce inclusion,” Joy Pena said. “The ABI Winter Partners Meeting provided a wonderful platform for an industry-wide dialogue on best and next practices around advancing diversity with innovative and sustainable strategies. ABI is certainly a key partner on this journey.”

EA is very excited about this new partnership with the Anita Borg Institute and working together to foster diversity and inclusion within our workplace and in our communities.
