Code Redemption Instructions

Hello Holotable Heroes,

We are excited to announce a new feature to help players streamline the code redemption process in the Web Store. 

For codes that are not a coupon for a specific item in the web store, we have a new landing page where you can directly input the code to redeem in-game. 

This will outline how to connect your EA Account to your game account so that web redemptions can be granted in-game. Simply follow the instructions below for a first time interaction with the game and web portal.

1.) Download and Open the STAR WARS™: Galaxy of Heroes app

2.) Tap on Settings button

3.) Tap on the green CONNECT button

4.) Tap on (EA) CONNECT button

5.) Fill in your email and complete the flow to link your account. (Additional information can be found here)

6.) Navigate to the Code Redemption landing page (here)

7.) Login with your account credentials

8.) Paste your code and Click the ‘REDEEM’ button

9.) Re-open the STAR WARS™: Galaxy of Heroes app (you'll get a “session expired” notification if you were in the app while making transactions on the website.)

10.) There will be a pop-up notification about hyperdrive bundle

11.) Tap on ACCEPT button
