WHAT IS THE RED BULL x BATTLEFIELD™ 6 SECURE YOUR LOADOUT PROMOTION?
The Red Bull x Battlefield 6 Secure Your Loadout promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited-time offer from Red Bull that gives eligible players exclusive in-game rewards — a Battlefield 6 2XP Weapon Token and a Red Bull Dog Tag. To receive a code, make a qualifying purchase of Red Bull during the Promotion Period. Codes can be redeemed through the EA app for Battlefield™ 6 on Supported Platforms. To participate, you must be 18 years of age or older.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO SECURE MY EPIC RED BULL DOG TAG AND 2XP 60 MINUTE HARDWARE TOKEN?
Battlefield players will need to purchase a qualifying Red Bull Energy drink at participating retailers in the United States during the Promotion Period. Then, after scanning the QR code of the qualifying drink or heading to the Promotion Website, a mobile number is needed to validate the purchase, which will grant a promotional code to be used on the Battlefield code redemption website.

CAN I BUY ANY RED BULL DRINK AT ANY RETAILER? WHICH RETAILERS ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE RED BULL x BATTLEFIELD™ 6 SECURE YOUR LOADOUT PROMOTION?
Only the following participating retailers and Red Bull items qualify for the Red Bull x Battlefield 6 Secure Your Loadout promotion.
- Military – any size Red Bull single can(s);
- Go-Puff – any 12oz Red Bull or Red Bull Sugar Free single can(s)
- Quik Trip – any 12oz. Red Bull single can(s)
- GameStop – any 8.4oz Red Bull single can(s)
WHAT DO I DO ONCE I MAKE MY PURCHASE AT A PARTICIPATING RETAILER?
Players can either scan the QR code on any Red Bull x Battlefield 6 poster at participating Gopuff, QuikTrip, GameStop or Military stores (Exchange, Commissary, CGX, NEXCOM, MCX), or head to the following landing pages:

From there, players will be prompted to do the following:
- Enter your mobile number to receive a text prompt to submit your receipt to verify your purchase.
- Once their receipt is verified, players will enter their promotional code to secure their Red Bull x Battlefield 6 loadout.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY LOADOUT PROMOTIONAL CODE?
To redeem your code, you’ll need to visit:

Players will need to login with their EA app account information to redeem their promotion code.
Content is limited per game platform and will be granted to your EA Account on the first Supported Platform that you sign into after completing the code redemption process on the promotional website.
Your EA Account needs to be in good standing to receive the Red Bull x Battlefield 6 Secure Your Loadout promotional code. Banned or suspended EA accounts won’t receive the content.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE AN EA ACCOUNT?

When you register your new EA Account, we’ll ask you for:
- Your email address — so you can log in.
- Use a secure email address you’ll always have access to and check often, like Yahoo or Gmail, instead of one from school or work. You’ll use your email address to recover your account if you ever need to, and we'll use this email address to verify your EA Account.
- An EA ID – this is created by you and it’s how you’ll be known in your games, on our websites, and on EA Forums.
- Learn more about your EA ID in our article.
- Your Public ID is the same as your EA ID.
- To help keep your EA Account secure, we limit how often you can update your EA ID. You can only update your EA ID once every 30 days.
- A password – create a password that you’ll remember, and keep it safe.
- Your country of residence — so we know what works for you and your location.
- Your date of birth — to give you an age-appropriate experience. Make sure you share your real date of birth, following EA’s User Agreement. If we need to recover your account for you, we might need to confirm your date of birth.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROMOTION LAST?
The promotion begins November 3rd, 2025 8:00 AM EDT and ends December 31st, 2025 11:59PM EDT (the “Promotion Period”)
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REDEEM MY CODE?
Players have until January 31st, 2026 11:59PM EDT to redeem.
Promotional codes that have not been redeemed by this time will not be valid and will have no cash value.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO PARTICIPATE?
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Red Bull x Battlefield™ 6 Secure your Loadout Promotion.
DO I NEED THE BATTLEFIELD™ 6 GAME?
Players will need to either have access to the full entitlement of Battlefield 6 (sold separately), or Battlefield REDSEC (available separately) on either PS5, Xbox XlS, Steam, Epic, or the EA app. Applicable platform account and platform subscription (sold separately) may be required. Persistent internet connection and EA account required.
WHAT DO I NEED TO ENTER THE PROMOTION AND GET THE RED BULL x BATTLEFIELD™ 6 REWARDS SO I CAN USE THEM IN-GAME?
You’ll need:
- Internet access
- A valid United States phone number or mobile service. Standard data rates apply
- A valid email address
- An EA Account
- Applicable platform account and platform subscription (sold separately) may be required.
Battlefield™ 6 game (sold separately) on a PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, or PC via the EA app, Steam, or Epic (“Supported Platforms”) or REDSEC
The offer isn’t available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One S, or Nintendo Switch 2.
WHERE CAN I BUY BATTLEFIELD™6?
You can buy Battlefield™ 6 on the official EA website and any of our global authorized retailers including GameStop.
The offer is available on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, or PC via the EA app, Steam or Epic (“Supported Platforms”).
The offer isn’t available on Nintendo Switch 2.
HOW MANY REWARDS CAN I REDEEM?
Each EA Account can redeem up to four (4) unique codes per EA account from the Red Bull x Battlefield 6 Secure your Loadout promotion.
EA accounts can only access one (1) Red Bull-branded dog tag, with up to four (4) 60-minute Hardware 2XP tokens. The limit of Hardware XP token stacking will equal four (4) total hours in play time.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHICH REWARDS I RECEIVED?
Launch Battlefield™ 6 on a Supported Platform and sign into the EA Account that you used to redeem your Red Bull loadout Pack code. players will receive an in-game message in their inbox notifying them of their reward.
CAN I TRANSFER MY COLLECTED REWARDS TO ANOTHER EA ACCOUNT?
No. Once the reward has been granted to one EA Account, it can't be transferred to another EA Account.
MY CODE IS INVALID. WHAT CAN I DO?
If your code is invalid, make sure you enter the digits correctly.
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE DIGITS CORRECTLY?
If you get an error message when you attempt to redeem your code, you’ll need to reach out to the issuing party. They may ask you to provide your proof of purchase.
I’M NOT SEEING MY RED BULL DOG TAG AND HARDWARE XP TOKEN IN MY GAME. WHAT DO I DO?
Make sure you’re logged into BATTLEFIELD™ 6 on a Supported Platform. The Supported Platforms are:
PlayStation®5
Xbox Series X|S
PC via the EA app, Steam, or Epic.

IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE EA ACCOUNT, WILL MY REWARDS TRANSFER TO EACH OF MY EA ACCOUNTS?
No. Your rewards will only appear in the EA Account that you’ve linked to redeem your Red Bull loadout unique code.
Each EA Account can redeem up to four (4) unique codes per EA account from the Red Bull x Battlefield 6 promotion.

The Red Bull x Battlefield 6 Secure Your Loadout promotion is open only to residents of the United States.
I’M NOT A RESIDENT OF ANY PARTICIPATING COUNTRIES. CAN I STILL ENTER THE PROMOTION?
You can only enter the Red Bull x Battlefield 6 promotion in the United States at participating retailers including GameStop, Gopuff, Quiktrip, and U.S. military stores (Exchange, Commissary, CGX, NEXCOM, MCX).
I MISSED THE PROMOTION CLOSING DATE, BUT STILL HAVE A MY RED BULL X BATTLEFIELD 6 LOADOUT PROMOTIONAL CODE. CAN I USE IT TO REDEEM THE REWARD?
The promotion ends December 31st, 2025 11:59PM EDT. All codes must be redeemed by 11:59:59 EDT on January 31st, 2025. Promotional codes that have not been redeemed by this time will not be valid and will have no cash value.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION?
No. You won’t be charged any additional fees after claiming your reward, other than any data fees you may incur from your mobile network or Internet provider.
WHAT WILL THE PERSONAL INFORMATION I SUBMITTED BE USED FOR?
Any personal information collected in this Promotion by Red Bull will be processed in accordance with Red Bull’s Privacy Policy. Any personal information collected on the code redemption website run by EA will be processed in accordance with EA’s Privacy and Cookie Policy.
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH FRAUDULENT CLAIMS?
We take fraudulent claims very seriously and implement processes and checks to ensure all entrants comply with the Terms and Conditions for each region.

WHEN WILL MY RED BULL X BATTLEFIELD 6 LOADOUT APPEAR IN MY GAME?
Your Red Bull loadout should be available in your EA Account and redeemable in BATTLEFIELD™ 6 within 24 hours after completing the code redemption process.
If you were logged into the game while completing these steps, you’ll need to restart the game. Make sure you use the EA Account that you connected to redeem your Red Bull loadout unique code.
Rewards can take up to 24 hours to appear in-game.

MY REWARDS ARE MISSING IN GAME. WHAT CAN I DO?
If your Red Bull reward is not showing up in game, you can proceed to do the following:
Restart Your System
Restarting your system can help missing content load. Once you’ve restarted your game, check to see if your content has loaded.
Check which EA account you’re logged into
If you’ve got more than one EA Account, you might be logged into the wrong one.
Go to the Account Information section of your account settings to check with EA account you’re using.
If your content has been redeemed on or sent to the wrong EA account, we can’t transfer it.
Check for server status issues
If your game or platform’s servers are down, your content might not come through until issues are resolved.
Check our server status page and see if we’ve mentioned any problems on @EAHelp or @Battlefield.
