Perguntas Frequentes da última atualização do The Sims Mobile
19 de outubro de 2025
Sul Sul Simmers,
Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about The Sims Mobile’s final chapter and some surprises we’ve included as a thank you to the TSM players.
What’s happening and when?
Here are the key dates using UTC timing:
- October 20, 2025: The final update launches. All real-money purchases will be disabled, and unlimited energy will be granted. The update also includes a returning Festival Pass and Live Events.
- October 21, 2025: The Sims Mobile will be delisted from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. No new players will be able to download it; however, existing players will be able to re-download it.
- January 6, 2026: All Build Mode and CAS items become free for every player, regardless of their level or quest requirements.
- January 20, 2026: Servers close permanently. TSM will no longer be playable.
What does it mean that the game is “delisted”?
Delisting means TSM will no longer appear in the App Store or Google Play for new players. If you’ve downloaded the game before, you can still re-download it from your app library until January 20, 2026.
What if I don’t update before delisting?
If you are using the Google Play Store and have it already downloaded, it should update as normal. If you have deleted it in the past and would like to redownload it, you can do so by going into your ‘My apps & games' section, then into your ‘app library’ to find it.
If you are using the Apple App Store, you will need to open the Apple App Store, access ‘My Purchases” and search for The Sims Mobile to find it. If you are having trouble updating it this way, try deleting the app and redownloading it this way again. The new download will include the latest version of the game.
What changes in the October 20 update?
- All in-app purchases are disabled. You can still use any SimCash you already own until the servers close.
- Unlimited energy for every player, so you can complete tasks freely without waiting.
- A Festival Pass and select Live Events will return for you to enjoy one last time.
Does unlimited energy include Fast-er Forwards?
No. Unlimited energy means you can start as many actions as you like. Fast-er Forwards, which let you skip action time, still require SimCash you’ve already earned.
What’s happening on January 6, 2026?
All Build Mode and CAS content, including previously premium items, will be available to use for free. This will be regardless of players’ in-game levels and quest completion status.
How long can I play after everything is unlocked?
From January 6 to January 20, 2026, you’ll have two weeks to enjoy the fully unlocked game.
What happens on January 20, 2026?
On this date, servers will be shut down. After this time, TSM will no longer be playable or downloadable.
What happens to my purchases?
All purchases made before October 20 will remain usable until January 20. After that, TSM will no longer be playable, and unused currency will not be refunded. We recommend spending your currency before January 6, as all Build Mode and CAS items will be free from that date.
Final note
