Madden NFL Mobile - Madden Mobile 101: Season Team Training

September 19, 2025

Season Team Training was a game changing introduction last season, and it’s returned for Madden NFL 26 Mobile in a bigger, badder, and better way!

Season Team Training will be one of the main ways you’ll boost your player’s OVR and improve their performance on the field, so in the latest edition of our Madden Mobile 101 series, we’re running a complete tell-all exposé on all there is to know about Season Team Training.

What Is Season Team Training?

In game screenshot of player card ranking up with stats and OVR increasing

At the start of each Field Pass, you will be able to increase player OVR in each lineup category (Offense, Defense, Special) as well as increasing the OVR of a specific position or position group.

Overall, this system means that any player you acquire will take on the benefits of your current Season Team Training ranks!

Additionally, your current Team Training ranks will also be applied to players you have not yet acquired so as to make player comparisons easier and more straightforward.

Example: you have increased your Season Team Training Offense rank to 3 and your QB position rank to 2. This results in a (+5%) OVR increase for any QB you add to your lineup. Your current QB has a base OVR of (100) which results in their modified OVR being (105). A new event starts that has a QB with a base OVR of (105). This QB’s OVR would actually be (110).

What's Changed For MM26?

Season Team Training has seen a few key updates for Madden NFL 26 Mobile. Now, when you rank up your team, you'll exclusively use Team Training Points (TTP) instead of Coins

And secondly, don't worry about using all your points up as fast as you can, because all of your TTP will automatically carry over to the next Field Pass season.

What are Team Training Points?

Team Training Points are the currency used to upgrade your team.

  • You can earn Team Training Points by playing various game modes like Journeys, Madden Base, and Point Attack, as well as completing Daily and League Goals
    • You can also find them in the League Store and other in-game offers.
  • Any unused Team Training Points now roll over from one season to the next, so you won't lose them when a new Field Pass begins.

How to Use Season Team Training

When you enter the Team Training screen, you'll see three main categories: Offense, Defense, and Special. These are your "Master Tracks." To start, you'll need to upgrade one of these tracks.

  • Each time you upgrade a Master Track, you'll give a +1% OVR bonus to every player in that category.
  • Once you've upgraded a Master Track, you can then upgrade the individual position groups within it. For example, after upgrading your Offense Master Track, you can then upgrade specific positions like HB/FB.
  • Upgrading a position group also provides a +1% OVR bonus to all players in that group.
  • A position group's rank can't be higher than its Master Track's rank. For instance, to upgrade your HB/FB position group to Rank 3, your Offense Master Track must be at least Rank 3.

You can also see how these upgrades affect your team on the My Team screen, where the new OVR will be displayed for each player.

What is Mastery?

By fully maxing out all your Master Tracks and position groups, you can earn a Mastery Bonus.

  • This bonus gives your entire team a +5% OVR boost for the current Field Pass season.
  • Even better, you'll also have the Mastery Bonus active for the next Field Pass season, too.

To see what rewards you've earned as you've leveled up, just tap the All Rewards button on the Team Training screen. Remember, each new Field Pass comes with a new set of rewards.

Note: This Mastery Bonus does not stack when carried over from the previous Field Pass season. That is, you cannot earn an additional 5% OVR boost on top of the 5% OVR boost you already have active from achieving a rank 10 offense/defense/special teams during the prior Field Pass season.
