Battlefield 6 - Anticheat Metrics - September
30 octobre 2026
Hey Soldier,
In September, Season 4 was well underway. We added a lot of new detection vectors related to pivots from cheating communities. These helped stabilize the infection rates for the title as we prepare for more significant enhancements to be deployed with coming updates.
In the previous August update, MIR ended at 3.24% and has stabilized at 3.51% at the start of September.
Refer to our January update, where we discussed how the MIR updates to understand how and why these shifts occur in more detail.
September: Results & Impact

Match Infection Rate: The percentage of matches across the title that were negatively impacted by at least one cheater. This includes all suspected cheaters you've reported, even those we might not have enough evidence to enforce against.
From the end of August, MIR started at 3.51%. This maintained at a relatively flat state through the month with a high of 3.64% on September 2nd and a low of 3.27% on September 10th until the end of the month where it was 3.41% as of this update.
Through September, EA Javelin Anti-Cheat prevented 439,945 attempts to cheat or tamper with the game before they could impact matches. We are presently still tracking a total of 111 (+1) active cheat-related programs, hardware solutions, vendors, resellers, and their associated communities, and out of these, 107 (+2) are reporting related feature failures, detection notices, downtime, or fully taking their cheats offline (96.39%).
Keep it fair out there - see you on the Battlefield.
