skate. Early Access Dev Update

We sat down with some of the Full Circle team to talk about all things skate., including what Early Access is all about, the rundown on Seasons, our year one road map and so much more.

Early Access drops September 16 (unless you’re a skate. Insider)

• Early Access releases to the world on September 16, but as a thank you to our Insiders, they’re already in the game for a very special Insider’s Preview 
• It’s been a long ride, but Early Access is still just the beginning and we have BIG plans for the future (tattoos, anyone? skip to our road map for more)
• Early Access means we’re still in development: we’re still eager to hear from our community, and still shaping the game based on your feedback - new game modes, tricks, leaderboards, party voice chat and improvements to the replay editor are already on our list!
• At Early Access, skate. will have full cross-play and cross-progression across PC and PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S/X consoles
• skate. is online, it’s free-to-play, it’s multiplayer

San Vansterdam is our city

• San Van is made up of 4 neighborhoods, each with their own unique flair (check out this sick overview)
• We’re building an ever-evolving world that will continue to grow over time - you’ll see new skateable areas, seasonal events, challenges, brand partners, music and more pop up throughout Early Access and beyond
• Whether you’re on a solo mission or cruising around with friends you’ll find plenty of spots to skate, or, get creative with Quick Drop and toss down a ramp, rail or one of our more offbeat options to shape new spots

Flick-it is back! Plus new gameplay customization options

• Rebuilt on Frostbite, Flick-It, the heart-and-soul of the Skate franchise, is back and better than ever
• Whether you’re fresh on a board or a seasoned vet, you can tweak your on-board, off-board, and camera options to skate just the way you want 
• Powered by new off-board mechanics like climbing, scaling and jumping, skate. has gone vertical - don’t forget to look up to discover some truly legendary lines

• skate. will roll out new updates regularly: each season will have a different theme, with new challenges, new cosmetics, new music tracks, and new events.
