In NHL® 19, Hockey Ultimate Team™ (HUT) gives you the ability to build your dream team using current players, top prospects, and over 200 NHLⓇ Legends and Alumni players. Along the way, you’ll be able to play with your team, earn rewards from playing, and use the rewards to upgrade your team. With Loan Items in HUT 19, you can also add certain player items to your team to try out for a limited time.

Trial Run

Loan Items are coming to HUT 19, and will allow you to try out some of the top players on your team for a limited duration. With the Loan Players feature, you’ll be able to see how a player fits on your team before purchasing them in the Auction House. From HUT Challenges to Objectives and Milestones, there will be plenty of ways for you to earn Loan Items to try out with your team.

Loan Items are the best way to experiment with different players and line combinations on your team without committing to purchasing the item. These items allow you to try exclusive players for a limited time, or add them to your roster temporarily to boost your team. Utilizing these items can help you can build out your fantasy roster, as you test different line combinations with today's hockey stars and yesterday's all-time greats.
