EA is committed to the practice of the Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure. It’s important to us to fix potential security issues in our games and services to protect our players.
Tell us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We’ll need the following to help us in our investigation:
Give us as much detail as you can so we can do our best to investigate.
We’ll try to get back to you within 24 hours to let you know we’ve received your email and that we’ve started our investigation.
If it turns out to be an issue that poses a significant risk to our players, we will work to fix it as quickly as we can. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please reach out again to us at email@example.com or contact us via help.ea.com indicating that you have not received a response.
We don’t currently have a bug bounty program, but we encourage anyone that finds vulnerabilities in our products and services to let us know.
We won’t be able to help you with your account if you email us. Instead, read our article on what to do if your EA Account was hacked.
Still need help after reading our article? Contact us so we can help. If you're contacting us about your EA Account and not a specific game, choose Origin as your product, PC as your platform, Manage My Account as your topic, and Hacked Account as your issue.
