We’ll try to get back to you within 24 hours to let you know we’ve received your email and that we’ve started our investigation.
If it turns out to be an issue that poses a significant risk to our players, we will work to fix it as quickly as we can. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please reach out again to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via help.ea.com indicating that you have not received a response.
We don’t currently have a bug bounty program, but we encourage anyone that finds vulnerabilities in our products and services to let us know.
