Hey Race Fans,
Recently an issue was discovered with Facebook Login where you may have been assigned a different Facebook ID. This may have resulted in a different RR3 Member Id. The issue has been resolved but the fix won't apply until you log out of Facebook and log back in again.
Before logging out, please write down the CCRR number from the settings page. Alternatively, take a screenshot of the settings page. This will be important if you have to contact support.
If you have been affected by this issue and your original RR3 Member Id is restored by logging out and logging back in, you will need to do races in OMP, WTT and Race Teams to get on the leaderboard again and be eligible for the end of competition rewards.
Players who might be affected by this issue will receive 15 Gold as compensation soon!
