Stacking Clips!
September 16, 2025
Did you know that you can re-watch anything that you do in Skate?? You finally landed that sick ledge combo after 300 tries? Or maybe you got smoked by a bus and landed in a tree? Check the footy! Everything that happens to you in game is available to watch, edit and share in the Replay Editor.
Let’s dive into the basics! As we move through Early Access, we’ll be updating the feature, adding more options to it, and celebrating your your original content (videos, screenshots, gifs, etc.), so make sure to share it with us to see what you’ve got. You can post to the skate.REEL site or share on social channels and make sure to tag #easkate. We’ve even got a specific channel in the skate. Discord called #skate-content just for you to share your clips, videos, and screenshots.
First things first, you need a subject. You, other skaters, cars passing by - whatever you want to capture. To set up your Replay Editor (length of recording, etc.), let’s jump into the tool and then grab some content.

Let go of the D-Pad and you’re now in the Replay Editor. Before we start getting ready for our Oscar for Short Films, let’s check the Replay Settings. Press the Menu ☰ to get to those settings.
