Beginning December 1st, members of the EA SPORTS Arena can join the EA SPORTS FIFA 12 Challenge, exclusively on Playstation® 3 and powered by Virgin Gaming.

The FIFA 12 Challenge is a global online tournament that gives you the chance to play for a share of $400,000 in cash prizes. There are two qualifying stages which are played online using the exclusive Series Tournament format on VirginGaming.com. This style of tournament lets you play according to your schedule rather than at specific times.

The first qualifier costs just $10 to enter, or you can get on the fast track and buy in at higher levels for an additional fee (see chart below).

Win 6 games in a row (4 matches in Qualifier A and 2 matches in Qualifier B) to earn a seat at the LIVE finals taking place in April, 2012 in New York City!

What is the EA SPORTS Arena?

The EA SPORTS™ Arena is an option in the online menu of FIFA 12 where you can play for real money against other members in ranked matches that you set up on VirginGaming.com.

How to find the EA SPORTS Arena in game:

  1. Select online mode (PS3)
  2. Select EA SPORTS™ Arena
  3. Select Lobby Rooms
  4. Select the Challenge Series lobby
  5. Find your opponent in the lobby and select "invite to game"
  6. Choose your team and start playing!

 

What is Virgin Gaming?
