We are involved with EA UK at GamesCom 2010

A few weeks ago we invited blogger’s, tweeter’s, Facebook fanatics, podcasters and site owners to 'Get Involved With Us' in the UK. We were over whelmed with the response and decided it would be really cool to invite a few people to join us at GamesCom in Cologne from the 18th – 22nd August.

These guys are going to be your eyes and ears on the ground and will be reporting behind the scenes on all the latest announcements direct from the show. They will also be interviewing the producers & development team who have taken time out to exclusively talk to us about our upcoming games – so if you would like a specific question answered get involved and send us your question.

Questions can be submitted on Twitter, Facebook or by Email - or you can join our UK Forum Community and post your question there.

Each day we’ll be posting a daily blog from each of the team and you can read what they get up to across our official sites; Need for Speed, Medal of Honor, Dragon Age, Mass Effect 2 and of course our very own http://www.ea.com/uk

After owning every video game platform released in the UK, and some that were not, it is no surprise that I ended up with a video game website. Not only do I love video games, but video game culture and technology in general have a place in my heart. When not playing games or writing for my website, I can usually be found on Twitter discussing my other love, energy drinks.

Mike (GC2010_Mike)

I’m still trying to find my feet in the games industry but I’m loving it! I started my own gaming blog/website earlier this year (www.nxtgamer.com) and have since come into contact with hundreds of awesome like-minded people and I can’t wait to see what the future holds!

Emily (GC2010_Emily)

Hey! I'm Emily and I'm a massive videogames geek.  I'm 5ft 10", have red hair & I love tea. I am scared of slugs and currently write the monthly games column in !nspired magazine.  I also do a personal hobby blog that gets updated once every century.  I love communities and really cannot wait to get to know the EA folks a little better.

Tom (GC2010_Tom)

I began gaming at an early age and like so many others it has become his primary hobby. I started writing about games around a year ago and very quickly shifted up through the ranks over at www.newbreview.com. I’m now the Editor for the site, which is going from strength to strength. I also hosts The Newb Review podcast every week, so subscribe in iTunes if you wonder what my voice sounds like. Having recently taken a job at a huge corporation, I like to keep my hand in the gaming journalism pie when I can, and I’m stupidly excited to be heading out to Cologne for EA.
