The first-ever winner of The Ultimate Fighter, competing just before Forrest Griffin at the TUF 1 finale, Diego “Nightmare” Sanchez dispatched Kenny Florian with relative ease. This was the start of a 32-fight UFC run that saw Sanchez contend for a title, land in the UFC Hall of Fame, and cement his place as a legend of the sport.

Forrest Griffin didn’t just win season one of The Ultimate Fighter; the legendary barnburner he put on with the late Stephan Bonnar in the finals is a hall-of-fame-worthy fight. The definition of tough, Matt “The Immortal” Brown introduced himself to fight fans on season seven of *The Ultimate Fighter*, making it to the quarter-finals. His appearance a precursor to an all-action 15-year, 30-fight UFC career.
