Robin Van Persie

The EA SPORTS Player Performance Index tells us that the Dutchman played 3580 minutes of Barclays Premier League football this season averaging a goal every 119 minutes.
• The EA SPORTS Player Performance Index shows us that Van Persie had more shots on target than any other Premier League player this season with 104 from his 162 shots hitting the target.
• Interestingly The EA SPORTS Player Performance Index shows us that Wayne Rooney covered at total distance of 259.99 miles in the 34 league games he played for United this season which is more than any other team mate. This suggests that Rooney is prepared to work hard all over the pitch as well as supplying the all-important goals and assist’s. He ended the season with 27 Premier League goals and 8 assists.
Joe Hart
• England keeper Joe Hart ended the Barclays Premier League season as the highest ranked goal keeper in The EA SPORTS Player Performance Index finishing in 12th position. Tim Krul was 2nd highest finishing in 26th place with Arsenal’s Wojciech Szczesny 3rd highest in 28th place.
• The EA SPORTS Player Performance Index shows us that Hart made 143 saves this season which was the least amount of saves made by the first choice keeper of any team in the Premier League this season.
Patrice Evra
• The Manchester United full back finished the season as the highest placed defender in The EA SPORTS Player performance Index finishing in 7th place overall. The EA SPORTS Player Performance Index tells us that Evra made a total of 889 attacking runs without the ball at his feet and 129 attacking runs with the ball at his feet which suggests that he is certainly a full back who likes to attack and support his attacking team mates.
Kyle Walker
• The young England full back covered a total of 199 miles on the pitch this season. The EA SPORTS Player Performance Index interestingly shows us that 5.5 miles of this distance was covered by him whilst sprinting; this was the most distance covered at sprinting speed by any player this season.
Danny Welbeck
• According to The EA SPORTS Player Performance Index Danny Welbeck finished the season with the best shots on target percentage of any striker in the Barclays Premier League with 73% of his shots hitting the target (73 attempts at goal with 50 hitting the target)
Manchester City
• The final ranking of The EA SPORTS Player Performance Index suggest Manchester City ended up worthy champions as they had 9 players filling the top 50 positions which was more than any other team. Manchester United has 8 players feature in the top 50, whilst Arsenal has 5, Tottenham have 7 and Newcastle United have 5.
