Ring in the new year with Podium Pass Series 5
Celebrate the Lunar New Year with some ferocious items
2023 is here and we’re getting the new year underway with Podium Pass Series 5, with this series’ theme being that of the Lunar New Year. Dive into the details of F1® 22’s latest Podium Pass series below.

Podium Pass Series 5 runs from January 18th to March 1st and as with each new series there are thirty new levels to work your way through, with limited-time unlockables in both the Free and VIP tiers.
Free Tier
If you make your way through all 30 Free tiers of Podium Pass Series 5, you’ll have a dozen items to unlock. These are available at tiers 1, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 24, 27, and 30.
These include a pair of Victory Lines, a selection of new Badge Emblems, and some racing attire in a pair of Redirect gloves, and the Tri-Bend racesuit.
In addition, get to level 21 and you’ll Uncover a new livery to equip.
VIP Tier
For those of you who choose to unlock the VIP tier of Podium Pass Series 5, you’ll have more than twice as many customisation options on top to unlock. Below are a few highlights.
Right off the bat at level 1 is the Rabbit Zodiac livery. As the year of the Water Rabbit approaches, you can hop past your opponents on-track flaunting this brilliant design. There’s also a matching helmet, gloves, and racesuit to complete the look.
From level 10 to 18, you’ll unlock items in the Lion Dance set. With any luck, equipping these will bring you some good fortune in your upcoming races.
If you make it all the way to level 30, amongst an array of other items you’ll also have a third vehicle/driver set to choose from. This Dragon Dance set will hopefully scare off any drivers with ill intentions in 2023.
