Pre Order The Secret World For Exclusive Access To Beta Weekends

If you haven't heard yet, we're excited to announce that you can now pre-order The Secret World and by doing so you can claim a host of exclusive and exciting rewards.
Access to Beta Weekends
Among them is exclusive access to all upcoming Beta Weekends, the first of which kicks off on May 11th. Beta Weekends will run most weekends leading up to launch, and with each weekend we will introduce more content for players to experience.
Please note we will also be doing limited giveaways for these Beta Weekends, but on a weekend-by-weekend basis only. Pre-ordering is the only way to make sure you secure guaranteed access to every one of them.
Note that it will also be possible to carry the character you play in one Beta Weekend to the next, allowing you to enjoy more of the content each weekend without having to start over. Beta Weekends are a great way to get a feel for The Secret World in preparation for launch June 19th.
Beta Weekends vs. ongoing Beta
Please note that the Beta Weekends are separate from the ongoing Beta. We would like to remind everyone of the update we provided recently to those who are eligible for Guaranteed Beta Access by having taken advantage of previous Funcom campaigns available through games such as Age of Conan and Anarchy Online. These will be given access to the ongoing Beta as advertised in the campaign offers, and invites will be sent out this month.
The ongoing Beta is the primary test environment for our developers, but even so it is important to keep in mind that Beta Weekends are still beta tests and as such their primary function is to allow our developers to identify issues so that they can be corrected before release. As such all Beta Weekend participants will be urged to report issues that they find while playing.
Beta Weekends will also be a great way for our developers to test load balancing and server traffic, as we anticipate a large number of participants for these weekends.
