NFL Sharing Information

Notice of Financial Incentive. In partnership with the NFL, EA is offering players a complimentary Ultimate Team pack ($5 value) in exchange for EA sharing certain player data with the NFL, including name, email and mailing addresses, age, IP address, purchase information, and game activity, which includes preferred team, gamer ranking, and sessions played. Players can opt-in by selecting the appropriate checkbox indicating acceptance of this offer. Players can withdraw from this financial incentive, and limit or stop the NFL’s processing of the player’s data related to this incentive, at any time by visiting NFL.com or writing to NFL International LLC (“NFLI”), 345 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10154. The Ultimate Team pack being offered is reasonably related to EA’s valuation of the data because the Ultimate Team pack would typically cost a player $5, which is the amount EA has determined to be the data’s value based on the expense to EA of providing players the Ultimate Team pack at no charge.
