Standard Edition

EA-APP

It's a dark time. For many years, the Lands of Britannia prospered and flourished under the benevolent rule of Lord British. Unbeknownst to the inhabitants of Britannia, the evil wizard Mondain was slowly strengthening his magical powers and increasing his hordes of foul denizens, patiently awaiting the proper time to seize the lands. And thus the First Era of the Dark Ages came upon the Lands of Britannia. The original Ultima I was a pioneering product that established new standards in fantasy role-playing games and started what has become the best-selling saga in the history of computer gaming.
