As we look toward 2026, we’re also looking back at what a game-changing year it’s been, featuring the arrival of Player EVO for long-term roster building, the strategic depth of the new Player Traits system, and the versatility of Dual-Position cards. 

However, the season’s not over yet! Far from it!

The Season For Freezin’

In Madden NFL 26 Mobile this year, our seasonal Ultimate Freeze event introduces Blitz the Elf, a unique character designed to be a game-changer for your squad!

Similar to the "Most Feared" progression system, you’ll receive a FREE Uncommon Blitz the Elf to start.

You’ll use Candy Canes to power him up and upgrade him all the way from Uncommon to Mythic, as each upgrade increases his OVR, boosts his rarity, and unlocks exclusive Ultimate Freeze bonuses!

Whether you need a spark in the backfield or a dangerous returner, Blitz is ready to suit up, as he’s a Dual Player Card, meaning you can use him as either a Halfback or a Kick Returner.

Just keep in mind that because you can only get one Blitz The Elf card, you’ll have to choose which of these positions you’ll use him in, unlike other Dual Player Cards where you’re able to acquire two.

Oh TD Tree, Oh TD Tree!

To get the most out of Ultimate Freeze, you should head on over to the festive TD Tree, where you can play through holiday-themed Challenges that reset daily, to earn Tokens, Present Shards, and Candy Canes used to power up Blitz The Elf!

These Challenges reset daily at 10:30am ET.

The bottom 3 Challenges are special Christmas Day challenges that unlock TODAY when the corresponding NFL Games start!

• Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Commanders at 1:00 p.m. ET
• Detroit Lions vs. Minnesota Vikings at 4:30 p.m. ET
• Denver Broncos vs. Kansas City Chiefs at 8:15 p.m. ET.

Some Hauntingly Good Holiday Hauls

Of course, it wouldn't be Ultimate Freeze without the Madden Ghosts holiday offers!

The Ghost of Christmas Past made a visit yesterday, and today on December 25th the Ghost of Christmas Present will be dropping in, and finally tomorrow on 26th, we’ll finish it off with the Ghost of Christmas Future!

Each day, there will be TWO ghosts to obtain - one will be available to build through trades, and one will be store-exclusive.

Get them before they drift back into the spirit world once more!
