Full Circle Named One of British Columbia’s Top Employers
Studio recognized for fostering an exceptional place to work.

The recipients of the BC's Top Employers 2024 competition were announced this week, and we’re so happy to share that Full Circle has been named as one of British Columbia’s best places to work!
For nearly two decades, BC's Top Employers, an annual competition organized by the editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers, has been recognizing employers across the province that lead their industries in creating exceptional places to work. Employers are evaluated based on a variety of factors, including work atmosphere, benefits, training and skills development, time off, and community involvement.
Full Circle is a remote studio with an office hub in Burnaby, British Columbia. With team members based across North America and beyond, creating a culture of connection has been extremely important to the studio from day one.
“At Full Circle, we always say that if you’re not having fun making video games, you’re doing it wrong,” says Dan McCulloch, VP and GM of Full Circle. “We’ve made it a priority to invest in culture, connection and team satisfaction. It’s an honour to be recognized by BC’s Top Employers; I’m very proud of this team."
