Get your peashooters ready - Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare will be coming to the Xbox 360 and Xbox One on February 20 n Australia and New Zealand! Your favorite characters from the PvZ franchise come to life in an all-new way in this multiplayer shooter experience that keeps the fresh humor and fun that you're used to from PvZ.

“Gamers across the world have fallen in love with the Plants vs. Zombies characters and now they’ll get to see them in an entirely new light,” said Brian Lindley, Producer on Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare. “Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare give the series’ fans and shooter players a fun, new experience that they’ll both enjoy as they blast, chomp and laugh their way through co-op and head-to-head online action.”

Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare uses the power of the Frostbite 3 engine to deliver stunning 3D worlds, vibrant colors and unique landscapes. The game has 10 maps and three distinct modes including 12v12 comptitive multplayer and four-player co-op mode. In 12v12 Garden & Graveyards, plants must defend their garden bases from zombies attempting to turn them into spooky graveyards. You can also square off in Team Vanquish to send the other team to the compost pile. For gamers that just want to have a fun time with their friends, you can work together in Garden Ops battling off waves of zombies on the attack.

If you plan to play on Xbox One, the game will include two additional modes including local cooperative support with a split screen and Boss Mode that lets you use Kinect or a SmartGlass device in other gameplay modes to support your team. You'll get a top-down view of the action and can help your teammates with intel, health drops, revive stations and explosive artillery strikes.
