WHAT IS THE IN-GAME POP-UP ADIDAS OFFER?

adidas is providing FIFA 23 players with a unique one-time only code that can be redeemed on the adidas online store for 30% off of full price items^†.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE OFFER?

To be eligible to receive the offer, players must be 18 years of age or older, log into FIFA 23 and connect to EA servers between 7 March 09:00 PT (17:00 UTC) and 20 March 23:59 PT (21 March 07:59 UTC), and be located in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, The Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and USA.

The offer is not available to players on Switch.

WHERE DO I FIND MY CODE?

If eligible, your unique code will appear in an in-game message when you launch FIFA 23 and connect to EA Servers. If you are signed up to receive EA emails, the code will also be sent via email.

MY CODE WAS VISIBLE IN-GAME, BUT I CAN NO LONGER SEE THE MESSAGE, HOW CAN I RETRIEVE MY CODE?

Your unique code will be sent to the email address registered to your EA Account (if you’re signed up to receive EA emails) and is also stored in your EA account. To access your EA Account:

Log in at www.ea.com

Select ‘My Account’

Select ‘Promotions and Offers’

You can redeem your code at www.adidas.com/fifa23

HOW DO I REDEEM MY CODE?

Head to www.adidas.com/fifa23

Pick an eligible product from the online store. 

Continue to your shopping bag. Click ‘Enter promo code’ under your order summary. The promo code can also be applied on the delivery page. 

A voucher field will appear. Type your voucher code into the field and hit ‘Apply'.

CAN I USE MY UNIQUE CODE MULTIPLE TIMES ON ADIDAS.COM?

No, this code is a one-time unique code.

WHEN IS THE DISCOUNT CODE VALID UNTIL?

Codes are available to use on www.adidas.com/fifa23 until 30 April 23:59 PT (1 May 07:59 UTC).

If your unique code appears to not be working, head to adidas.com/help for further support.

Each unique code is specific to a region. If you are located in Europe, your code will work in the following countries; Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. 

If you are located in one of the following countries, your code will only work in that specified country; Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, United States of America.

For example, if you are located in the United States of America, your code will only work in the United States of America.
