It’s time to suit up and save the day, Madden NFL 26 Mobile fans! We are incredibly excited to announce the return of the superpowered Madden Heroes event for 2026!

Starting this April and running through to July, you’ll have the chance to bolster your roster with some of the most powerful and influential players in the league. 

In this year’s ongoing Madden Heroes event, just like last year, we'll be releasing two sets of two Madden Heroes each month, and you’ll choose which of each pair you want to welcome onto your squad.

For example, this month’s Madden Heroes drop features a choice between legendary Quarterbacks Joe Montana and Tom Brady, as well as picking between two masterful Middle Linebackers in Ray Lewis and Luke Kuechly.

That means that out of the first group, you can choose to build Joe Montana or Tom Brady, and then out of the 2nd group, you’ll choose between building Ray Lewis or Luke Kuechly.

With a choice like this every month from now until July, this means you’ll be able to collect eight total Madden Heroes over the course of this event, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to find the perfect fit for your team.

How To Harness A Hero

Each of these powerhouse Madden Heroes requires 8,650 Hero Tokens to build, but the investment is well worth it, because every Hero you add to your squad provides a hefty +3 OVR Boost to your entire lineup. 

To help you get a head start on your heroic journey, we’re kicking things off with a 500x Hero Token launch bonus! Don't worry about rushing to spend them all at once, either; Hero Tokens roll over month-to-month and won’t reset, giving you the flexibility to save up for the specific players you want most.

Even better, the OVRs of your Madden Heroes players will escalate each month to keep pace with the latest releases of players in upcoming Field Passes and Events, and you can always go back to build Heroes from previous months if you missed out on an early favorite.

Have At ‘Em, Heroes!

Ready to start grinding for some glorious gains? 

You can acquire Hero Tokens from completing 3 types of Goals during the Madden Heroes ongoing program: Trading your Promo Players, trading your Field Pass Players, and crushing those Daily Goals!

Your first and most direct route to success lies within the Program Trades. While the lower-tier exchanges are great for clearing out bench space, you’ll want to focus your resources on Rare trades and above in order to score Heroes Tokens on your trades. Keep an eye on your binder and prioritize these specific sets to keep your momentum high. 

For the daily grinders, your Core Stamina is more valuable than ever. You can now make significant progress toward event milestones and achievements simply by playing the game. By spending up to 600 Core Stamina per day, you’ll trigger consistent rewards that feed directly into your Hero Token stash.

It’s a straightforward way to ensure your daily activity pays off, so make sure you’re hitting that 600-stamina cap every day to maximize your efficiency. 

For those looking for that little extra edge, starting with the next Field Pass, Offseason, which is dropping on May 1st, the Field Pass introduces a unique achievement track tied to your roster building for Madden Heroes. As you acquire new players, you’ll trigger specific milestones that grant additional progress. While these achievements are limited in number, they provide a massive boost at key intervals. 

Finally, as the season progresses, we’ll be turning up the heat all around as the summer sets in, so expect the Hero Token payouts for both daily tasks and promos to increase as we move closer to those sunny days.

Whether you’re grinding out trades or maxing out your stamina, every play brings you one step closer to a heroic roster. From the strategic depth of the monthly player pairs, to the escalating power of the trades, this year’s Madden Heroes event is designed to reward your dedication. 

Remember, keep your eyes peeled for the Offseason Field Pass dropping on May 1st at 10:30 AM ET for that extra edge, and don’t let those daily goals slip by!
