Game UX Summit 2018 believes that our community should be truly open for everyone. This Code of Conduct outlines our commitment to you, as well as our expectations for participant behavior and the consequences of unacceptable behavior.
We invite all sponsors, volunteers, speakers, attendees, media, exhibitors, and other guests (collectively, “Participants”) to help us realize a safe and positive conference experience for everyone.

Some venues are shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations.
4. Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior by Participants will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.
If a Participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the conference without warning or refund and/or referring the matter over to local authorities.
5. What to Do If You Witness or Are Subject to Unacceptable Behavior
If you are subject to unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subject to unacceptable behavior, or have concerns that this Code of Conduct is not being followed, please notify a conference organizer as soon as possible. All reports will remain completely confidential.
The Game UX Summit 2018 organizers will determine and carry out the appropriate course of action, and will be available to help Participants experiencing unacceptable behavior feel safe for the duration of the conference.
We expect all Participants to abide by this Code of Conduct during Game UX Summit 2018, including all conference venues and conference-related social events.
