Map Guide: Welcome to European Casino

November 5, 2026

TABLE OF CONTENTS

A tall, illuminated tower is visible over a broken, glass-paneled roof at night. An explosion is seen in the sky outside.

The house always wins. Until the tower comes down.

Available in Battlefield 6, European Casino distills the spectacle of Las Vegas into a fast-paced infantry experience. Set within a grand European-themed resort, the map sends players through luxury hotels, high-end shopping districts, lavish casino floors, and resort grounds where destruction can tear open new routes in seconds.

At the center of the map stands the tower, visible from nearly every corner of European Casino. More than a landmark, it shapes how players move and fight around the resort. When it falls, the center of the map changes with it, transforming a familiar fight into something wildly different.

Battle Breakdown

Greek Resort & Lazy River

A glowing blue swimming pool at night is surrounded by white buildings with blue domes, with tall city skyscrapers and billboards in the background.

The Greek Resort is one of the first locations players will notice and one of the hardest to hold.

A raised platform sits at the center of a bowl-shaped resort complex, overlooking the main approach into the area. The position offers strong control of the objective and comes equipped with a mounted weapon capable of locking down the entrance below.

Of course, that also makes it one of the most dangerous places to stand.

Fighting breaks out across the resort grounds, through the tunnel beneath the objective, and around the surrounding pools and walkways as teams battle for control of the area. Players who reach the nearby rooftops can also gain a strong view of the objective and support teammates below.

Restaurant Le Cellier

Rubble and slot machines litter a simulated European street scene. A damaged French restaurant, "Le Cellier," stands in the center under a dramatic twilight sky.

Le Cellier overlooks the French-inspired shopping district and quickly becomes one of the map's most contested buildings.

The restaurant spans two floors, but it rarely stays intact for long. Explosions can tear through walls, open new paths between rooms, and force defenders to rethink positions on the fly.

What begins as a strong defensive hold can look completely different just a few minutes later.

European Casino Lobby

If European Casino has a heart, it's here.

The grand lobby is built around a reception hall filled with European-inspired architecture, while balconies wrap around the upper level overlooking the fight below.

Players pour in from nearly every direction. Some push across the floor. Others circle around the upper walkways looking for openings. The result is a chaotic objective where attacks can come from almost anywhere.

Wisteria Garden

The Wisteria Garden offers a striking contrast to the rest of European Casino. Centered around a towering purple wisteria tree, the space blends luxury architecture with natural elements rarely seen elsewhere on the map.

While the objective sits in the open, the surrounding storefronts and pathways create multiple routes into the fight, allowing teams to attack, defend, or reposition as the battle shifts around the garden.

The Carousel is hard to miss. The sound of carousel music echoes through the area, creating an unusual backdrop for some of the map's most intense fights.

Surrounded by tight corridors, supply crates, and multiple routes into the objective, the area becomes a constant flashpoint as teams push back and forth through the entertainment district. Holding it is one thing. Keeping it is another.

Behind the Design

Ruined elegant casino interior with yellow couches and chandeliers. A large hole in the wall looks out onto massive piles of rubble at night.

European Casino was designed to bring Battlefield's signature destruction into an infantry-focused experience.

Senior Level Designer Samuel Kack said, "While creating the European Casino map, we wanted to make the casino a functional space, one that feels credible and also offers intense infantry gameplay. The capture points were inspired by the eccentricity of the different themes Vegas casinos are known for, from fake skies above busy shopping streets and faux architectural elements to majestic indoor gardens and Santorini-inspired resort areas. We tried to offer it all while making it a believable space. We also wanted to avoid making the map feel like a military operation covered in sandbags, and I think we managed to achieve that by strategically placing slot machines and other casino-themed props while offering players a tense, infantry-focused experience only possible in Battlefield 6. And then there was the challenge of the Levolution."

The tower became the biggest challenge.

Standing more than 120 meters tall, it needed to create a dramatic moment when it collapsed without turning the center of the map into an impassable pile of rubble. Finding that balance took repeated testing and iteration until the debris felt fun to fight around while still delivering the spectacle players expect.

Several areas also changed significantly during development. Early versions included locations such as a locker room and music stage, but those spaces felt cramped and disconnected from the larger casino experience. Over time they evolved into locations like the Carousel and Wisteria Garden, while the resort areas shifted toward a stronger Las Vegas identity that helped shape the map.

Tips From the Team

  • Learn the backrooms. Maintenance corridors and hidden connections behind the main combat spaces can help you move between objectives without taking the most obvious route.
  • The facades aren't nearly as solid as they look. A few explosives can open entirely new paths through the map.
  • Assault players should look for upper-level routes hidden behind the storefronts. They're ideal for flanking defenders and catching opponents off guard.
  • Engineers can play a major role despite the lack of vehicles. Their explosives are among the fastest ways to bring down the tower or create new openings.
  • Support players can keep pushes alive with smoke, supply bags, and deployable cover during prolonged fights around objectives.
  • Motion sensors, claymores, and other intel-gathering gadgets are especially effective throughout the casino's tighter hallways and service corridors.
  • Don't rush to collapse the tower. Sometimes keeping it standing gives your team the stronger position.
  • When the moment is right, bringing the tower down can completely change the battle and force defenders to abandon their foothold.

High Stakes, Higher Collapse

The lights are on, the tables are set, and the tower is still standing… for now. Drop into European Casino and see how long that lasts.
