Maps
October 10, 2025
At launch, Battlefield 6 will have nine maps broken up within five theaters of war: Cairo, Gibraltar, Tajikistan, Brooklyn and Legacy. Within those nine maps are 25 Combat Zones, hand-crafted versions of each map tailored to each available Multiplayer mode.
For example, when you play the mode Conquest on Siege of Cairo, you will drop into the “Exit Strategy” Combat Zone, the largest version of Siege of Cairo. Exit Strategy includes, among other areas, three Combat Zones within it: Scarab House, Tajir Alley and Chokepoint. However, the placements of objects, how destruction is used, and other factors will differ when playing that same area in Domination. There is even further detail to how each Combat Zone is structured depending on the mode, so that one Combat Zone may be the backdrop for multiple modes (albeit slightly offered to fit that mode).
The team has taken great care to ensure that Combat Zones feel notably different so that each playspace fits the mode you’ve selected when it comes to scale, intensity, and tactical options.
In addition to two brand-new maps previously announced for Season One, as well as even more maps to come in 2026, the following maps will be available at launch for Battlefield 6:
Cairo Theater of War
Siege of Cairo:
Prepare for intense urban combat on the streets of central Cairo. In Siege of Cairo, combat is a game of cat and mouse between infantry and tanks. Fight in alleys, duck in and out of buildings, and always watch your six.

New Sobek City:
Brave the heat as infantry, advance the frontline in a tank, or take to the skies in an attack helicopter. Set in a construction yard on the outskirts of Cairo’s suburbs, New Sobek City wages all-out war across construction sites and massive sand dunes.

Gibraltar Theater of War
Iberian Offensive:
Sprint through Gibraltar’s winding streets, stalk its alleyways, dodge heavily-armored tanks, and tear through buildings–Iberian Offensive has many ways to secure a tactical advantage.

Saints Quarter:
A close-quarters combat map designed for fast-paced infantry-only fights, set around a fountain flanked by destructible buildings in Gibraltar’s Old Town.

Tajikistan Theater of War
Mirak Valley:
A prime destination for all-out warfare, Mirak Valley is the largest map at launch–a massive war-torn landscape filled with every type of vehicle.

Liberation Peak:
Welcome to Tajikistan’s glorious mountainside. This vast rocky terrain provides cover for jets and helicopters during aerial dogfights, or a height advantage for infantry and tanks.

Brooklyn Theater of War
Manhattan Bridge:
Engage in close-quarters gunplay on the streets, take to the skies in an attack helicopter, or change the flow of combat with large scale destruction.
