Every game plan starts in the trenches! Our team focused on improvements for blocking in Madden NFL 24 to give ball carriers more space to run free and break away for a touchdown. With the new blocking systems, linemen can go in and out of double teams, reach the second level, chip block, and push the pile for those hard-earned first downs. Learn more.

To ensure Madden NFL 24 would meet our community’s expectations, we held the largest Closed Beta in Madden history taking feedback from across the community. Our Development team has addressed key topics in the feedback forum and fixed several of the issues for launch. Zone Coverage Revamp - Reason to Play #21

See Ball…Play Ball! New read steps and crossover footwork allow DBs to see the ball and make plays more authentically. As a result, slant routes and crossing routes will have a higher chance of breakups or interceptions. Defenders now have new animations to make plays on high balls that show off their incredible athleticism. Learn more!

New Celebrations - Reason to Play #20

See NFL players come to life in Madden NFL 24! Thousands of new gameplay emotions and celebrations have been added to Madden NFL 24 allowing players to leave it all on the field. Group celebrations, trash talking, sideline reactions, and NFL stadium recording enhance the NFL stadium atmosphere. Check them out!

Hit Everything 2.0 - Reason to Play #19

Hit Everything 2.0 pushes tackling to another level in Madden NFL 24. New wrap tackles, scoop tackles, and mismatch tackles add more variety and authenticity on defense. Time your hit with receivers as they catch the ball for contested tackles and swats, resulting in more player control when defending curl, slant, and streak routes. Learn More!
