Make Way For May Heroes!

May means more Madden Heroes!
In case you missed the thrilling return of this superpowered ongoing event, each month running through to July, you’ll have the chance to bolster your roster with some of the most powerful players of this year.
Each Madden Hero costs 8,650 Hero Tokens to build and provides a substantial +3 OVR boost to your entire lineup. These players are designed to stay relevant because their OVRs escalate monthly to match the power of new Field Passes and events.
Hero Tokens roll over every month without resetting, which allows you to save up for specific players or revisit and build Heroes from previous months that you might have missed.
You can accumulate Hero Tokens through three primary methods: trading players, completing daily objectives, and hitting Field Pass milestones.

In this year’s Madden Heroes event, just like last year, we'll be releasing two sets of two Madden Heroes each month, and you’ll choose which of each pair you want to welcome onto your squad.
- May’s Madden Heroes drop features a choice between legendary Bo Jackson and Marshawn Lynch, as well as picking between Aaron Donald and Reggie White.
- That means that out of the first group, you can choose to build Bo Jackson or Marshawn Lynch, and then out of the 2nd group, you’ll choose between building Aaron Donald or Reggie White.
With a choice like this every month from April until July, this means you’ll be able to collect eight total Madden Heroes over the course of this event, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to find the perfect fit for your team.
Don’t worry if you’ve been a little distracted with the nice weather these days, we’ll also refresh your memory about the previous Madden Heroes below!
April

- April’s Heroes drop was a choice between legendary Quarterbacks Joe Montana and Tom Brady, as well as picking between two masterful Middle Linebackers in Ray Lewis and Luke Kuechly.
- That means that out of the first group, you can choose to build Joe Montana or Tom Brady, and then out of the 2nd group, you’ll choose between building Ray Lewis or Luke Kuechly.
